- Built LIAM from the ground up as Pioneer’s founding engineer.
- Contributed to every product in the Pioneer Finance Technologies portfolio.
- Lead the engineering team — technical direction, architecture decisions, code review and mentoring.
- Built and maintain the platform used by customers, brokers, retail partners, merchants and internal staff.
- Wrote the API and workflow services behind it, across TypeScript and Java.
- Shipped mobile apps to the App Store and Play Store.
- Introduced AI where it removed real work — voice agents, transcript classification, agent-queryable internal tools.
- Ran marketing operations before the role shifted — HubSpot, Google and Meta ads, lifecycle and reporting.
