Named for the Greek word for hospitality, Zenia gives every Pioneer Finance Technologies brand a clearer picture of its customers, so they can be marketed to better — campaigns and sales pipeline together, rather than in two systems that never quite agree.
It stands deliberately apart from the lending platforms: its own frontend, its own backend and a completely isolated database, with customer data strictly partitioned by brand.
What I did
- →Designed the multi-brand model and the isolated data boundary.
- →Built the admin frontend and the API.
- →Built the segmentation engine, including exclusion handling.
