How it started
As the digital marketing manager for this finance company, I've brought my experience as a marketer and web developer to take Pioneer forward and simply their systems to create a better customer experience.
As I'm used to, there wasn't much setup in terms of a CRM or marketing strategy so everything that has been done since, has been my efforts towards getting out of the mud.
How it went
Since I started in 8 months, I've managed to:
- Startup and integrate HubSpot into our internal systems using an integration platform so that all our loan information is readily available and marketable in HubSpot. This included some SQL querying & customer express.js endpoints to make sure the right information and deal information was visible in HubSpot.
- This integration with HubSpot included a new grading system that verifies and grades contacts before being pushed to our loan management system. This decreased the workload on the staff by 30% and by feeding back these ideal customers to Google Ads and Facebook, has resulted in better quality leads coming through.
- Designed and updated a new website personalloan.co.nz as an additional channel to target more organic searches about personal loans and provide a more informative blog about getting a loan and tips.
- Launched a marketing strategic plan that directed our Social advertising, SEM and email campaign messaging to resonate with a better audience that our current audience (using the grading system as well).
- Launched a new Chatbot through Landbot that can process our applications faster (I would guess at around 5x faster than before I joined). This speed has greatly increase our conversion rate and decreased our cost per conversion.
